After sales service

In the event of defects found on our products within the warranty period (two years from the date of purchase as stated on the receipt or invoice) please send an e-mail to: assistenza@bisetti.com or contact us at: +39 0323 89116 – Fax: 0323 89690 from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 17.30

The procedure to be adopted in the event of defects not due to accidental causes (covered by warranty) is as follows:

– Send an e-mail to assistenza@bisetti.com with the indication of the defective product and the explanation of the defect by attaching a photo, as well as a copy of the sales receipt / invoice.

– You will then receive a call from our assistance team and you will be given all the necessary information to return the product (if within 30 days from the purchase the shipping costs, provided that the defect is actually found and the product is accompanied by its original packaging, will be borne by Pepper Style by Bisetti Srl as well as the cost of reshipment to the buyer. If over 30 days from the purchase the costs of sending the product will be borne by the buyer, while the return will be paid by pepper Style by Bisetti Srl).

– Repair or replacement the product will take a few days.

– Please bear in mind that the repair or replacement is carried out only in the presence of product defect and not in the case it is due to accidental causes not attributable to us.

– Please attach, enclosing it in the package, the receipt / purchase invoice, indicating a contact number.

– The reports of aesthetic defects and / or damage attributable to transport must be reported within 8 days of receipt of the package, in order to be accepted.
